Q: What is the process for ordering a monument?

A: Once you're ready to proceed with a quote, you will be asked to sign, date and return a copy of the quote, our terms and condition and pay a 30% deposit. 
At this stage you will then be asked to finalise your inscription and sign a cemetery form.
We will then proceed with ordering your monument and its accessories.
When all items have arrived work begins on your monument.
Once all work is completed and ready to be installed, you will be contacted to make final payment.
When payment has been received the monument will then be installed into the cemetery.


Q: What is the process for adding an engraving to an existing monument?

A: Once you're ready to proceed with a quote, you will be asked to sign, date and return a copy of the quote, our terms and condition and pay a 30% deposit. 
At this stage you will then be asked to finalise your inscription and sign a cemetery form.
We will then proceed with ordering any accessories or stone that may be required.
When all items have arrived, we then schedule collection of your monument for engraving and begin work.
Once all work is completed and ready to be installed, you will be contacted to make final payment.
When payment has been received the monument will be installed into the cemetery.

Q: What do I need to pay for my deposit?

A: We require a 30% deposit on new monuments and on additional monumental work. 

Q: I have been told that I need to have my monument removed for a funeral service. What do I do?

A: We do offer removal and rebuilding of monument for a burial service.
You will need to contact us at least five working days prior to the date of the funeral service.
We then do an onsite inspection of your monument and provide a quote.
You will need to sign, date and return a copy of the quote, our terms and conditions and pay a 50% deposit for work to proceed.
When the monument is ready to be rebuilt we contact you requested final payment.
Once payment has been made we proceed with rebuilding the monument.

Q: I have had my monument removed and want to add wording. When should I arrange this?

A: We recommend doing this not long after the monument has been removed.
This ensures we have plenty of time to complete the adding of the new word before the monument is ready to be rebuilt.
